Infinity Supports WA Pty Ltd was started by Sharon Mays and Anand Sekar in 2021. As individuals in the industry of supporting people with disabilities, we are both very passionate about supporting individuals to live their best lives and achieve their life goals. Everyone should be given the opportunity to the best quality individual support, and this was our drive to develop Infinity Supports WA. We had identified areas we wanted to improve on and listened to the individuals we had both worked with. From this information and the support of some amazing support workers it is our vision to ensure we deliver services to our clients in a person-centered manner.

Our Team

Sharon

Director

I have been in the industry for the last seven years supporting people with a wide variety of disabilities in a service delivery role and in support coordination. My passion for disability came from 20 years in the childcare industry and watching children struggle with disabilities in mainstream settings very often not being recognized and the support services not being available. The industry has changed dramatically over the years and my passion to be a part of this to help individuals and their families receive the best support possible has led me to developing our own company so I can continue to assist individuals to achieve their goals and beyond. I have “make it happen” personality and strive to ensure my clients have the confidence to know anything is possible with a little bit of support.

Anand

Director

I have been working in the disability support industry for over six years in varying capacities. Having a family member with disability, I had seen firsthand how the right support not only empowers the person with disability but their family at large. This was one of the key motivating factors for me to get into this industry whereby I wanted to work with people with disabilities and their families to empower them and promote independence. Due to my experiences on both sides of the fence as a service provider and as a consumer, I strongly believe in “no one size fits all” strategy in supporting individuals with disabilities. In the age of technology, I am confident that my qualifications in Business Systems & Arts would assist in consistent and transparent delivery of services. We at Infinity Supports WA, think “person-centred” and act “person-centred”, to ensure you are supported the way you want to be supported to achieve your goals.

Ben Mays

Support Coordinator

I have been in the industry fulltime for over five years and have supported my own family members with disabilities and I am confident in saying I choose this as a lifestyle and not a job. From starting out as a support worker and progressing through many layers of the NDIS through Disability Employment, Mentoring, Programming and Service Coordination, even working for the NDIA as a Local Area Coordinator, I gained invaluable experience in supporting people with disabilities and their families achieve their goals. I have a passion for the “What’s next?” and “What can you achieve?” which drives my passion to assist clients find out exactly what they are capable of. Developing a client’s support is always driven from the simple question “How can I help.” I strongly believe that I am a resource for clients and their families to use to shape their future.
