Infinity Supports WA Pty Ltd was founded in 2021 by Sharon Mays and Anand Sekar, two dedicated professionals with a shared passion for empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. With years of experience in the disability sector, our goal was to create a support service that genuinely listens to participants and places their goals at the centre of everything we do.
We established Infinity Supports WA after recognising key areas for improvement within the industry. Guided by feedback from individuals and families we had previously supported, and with the help of a committed team of skilled support workers, we built a service model focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred NDIS supports.
We strive to ensure every participant receives the individualised care and respect they deserve—enabling them to achieve their goals, build capacity, and enjoy greater choice and control through their NDIS journey.

Director
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the NDIS sector, I have supported individuals with diverse disabilities in both direct service delivery and Support Coordination roles. My journey into disability support began during my 20-year career in the childcare industry, where I saw firsthand how children with additional needs often went unrecognised or unsupported in mainstream settings. That experience ignited a deep passion to be part of a system that does better—for individuals and their families.
As the NDIS landscape continues to evolve, so too has my commitment to making a meaningful impact. This passion led to the creation of Infinity Supports WA, where we focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred disability services that truly make a difference.
I bring a “make it happen” attitude to everything I do. I believe in empowering participants to dream big, take control of their NDIS journey, and achieve their goals—knowing that with the right support, anything is possible.

Director
With more than 10 years of experience across multiple roles in the NDIS and disability‑support sector, I have seen firsthand—through a close family member’s journey—how the right services empower not only the individual but their whole support network. This experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping people with disabilities and their families build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections.
Having lived both sides of the NDIS—as a service provider and as a consumer—I know that “one size never fits all.” Every participant deserves a customised support plan that reflects their unique goals, culture, and lifestyle. My academic background in Business Information Systems and Arts lets me harness technology to deliver services that are transparent, consistent, and outcome‑focused.
At Infinity Supports WA, we don’t just talk about being person‑centred—we live it. Our commitment is to ensure you receive the right support, in the right way, so you can achieve the goals that matter most to you.

Service Delivery Coordinator
I have been working full-time in the disability support sector for nearly a decade and have also supported close family members living with disability. For me, this is not just a job—it’s a way of life. My journey began as a Support Worker, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and contribute across a variety of roles within the NDIS landscape, including Disability Employment Services, Mentoring, Program Development, Service Coordination, and even as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) with the NDIA.
These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with navigating the NDIS. I’m especially passionate about helping participants explore the “What’s next?” and discovering their true potential.
When developing supports, I always start with the question: “How can I help?” I see myself as a resource for individuals and families—someone they can rely on to guide, support, and empower them to shape a future that reflects their goals and aspirations. At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in person-centred, strengths-based support that encourages growth, independence, and meaningful outcomes.

At Infinity Supports WA, our team of qualified and experienced NDIS support workers are dedicated to delivering personalised, high-quality care. Each team member brings a diverse range of skills, backgrounds, and professional training to ensure we meet the unique needs of every participant.
What sets our support workers apart is their genuine care, attentiveness, and commitment to working collaboratively with participants to help them achieve their goals—and go beyond them. We believe in a “learning by listening” approach, where your voice leads the way and your preferences are at the heart of every support decision.
With a strong focus on person-centred care, our support workers are here to empower you to live more independently, engage with your community, and make the most of your NDIS plan.
