Your role as a support worker is a diverse one, adapting to different clients and their daily needs. You will be required to follow our person-centred approach giving the individuals full choice and control of the supports they receive.

To be part of our team you will be required to have the following:

  • Up to date resume
  • Understanding of NDIS
  • Current driving license
  • Registered roadworthy car with comprehensive insurance.
  • NDIS workers check
  • Working with childrens check
  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Proof of COVID Vaccination (including third/booster dose)
  • NDIS worker orientation module – “Quality, Safety and You”
  • NDIS worker induction modules
  • NDIS supporting effective communication
  • NDIS supporting safe and enjoyable meals
  • Medication Competency (desirable)
  • Seizure training (desirable)
  • Manual handling (desirable)
